📋 The short version: Use Observra lawfully and ethically. Don't use our technology to violate people's rights. Pay your subscription on time. We'll provide the service we promise. Either party can exit with reasonable notice.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Observra's products and services ("Service"), provided by Observra ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a demo, signing a service agreement, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
Observra provides AI-powered computer vision software and edge hardware for security monitoring and retail analytics. The Service includes:

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Observra complies with applicable data protection, employment and surveillance laws in your jurisdiction.
Starter and Business plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Annual plans are paid in full upfront. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payment may result in suspension of access after 30 days' notice.
Enterprise agreements are governed by separately negotiated contracts and payment schedules.
Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Annual plans are non-refundable but may be cancelled at the end of the annual term. On cancellation, access to the Observra platform and dashboard will be revoked and any locally installed software must be uninstalled within 30 days. Enterprise contract cancellation terms are specified in individual agreements.
All AI models, software, dashboards and related technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of Observra. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service during your subscription period. No ownership is transferred.
Alert metadata, analytics reports and dashboard exports generated from your cameras are your data, Observra claims no ownership over them.
Observra is a detection and alerting tool, it does not guarantee prevention of crime, injury or loss. Our AI models are highly accurate but not infallible. You remain responsible for your own security operations, staffing and incident response.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Observra's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We target 99% uptime for cloud dashboard components. The edge device operates independently of internet connectivity, detection and local alerting continue even during internet outages. Planned maintenance will be communicated with at least 24 hours' notice.
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We will notify existing customers by email of any material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
